The 15 Percent Pledge is a movement asking major retailers to stock 15 percent black-owned businesses because black people make up about 15 percent of the US population. You can sign their petition on their website.
We’ve found a number of black-owned businesses just googling lists of resources, including BeanFruit Coffee Company, Just Add Honey Tea Company, and Gojo Ethiopian Restaurant.
